Sizing is based off: Adult–L, Women’s–M, Youth–L, Girls–M. Please consult with your decorator or supplier.

DECORATION TECHNIQUES 

**Embroidery:** Embroidery is the art of decorating apparel with needle and thread. **Screen Printing:** This method transfers an image to fabric by pushing ink through a stenciled screen onto the material, which is then cured in a dryer. Low-cure poly inks are needed, and special considerations are necessary when printing on certain fabrics like polyester. Avoid stacking freshly printed items and allow them to cool to prevent issues.

**Heat Transfers:** Heat transfers involve applying graphics, names, or numbers to textiles using a heat press. It’s suitable for various quantities, sports apparel, fashion, and more. Low-cure adhesive and bleed blockers are used, and care should be taken when decorating certain fabrics like polyester.

**Digital Textile Printing (DTG):** DTG is the process of printing graphics directly onto apparel using digital inkjet technology. It’s ideal for full-color designs with intricate details and can be used on cotton, cotton/poly blends, and polyester fabrics. Test printing is recommended due to potential staining and discoloration.

**Pad Printing:** Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer images from an etched plate to apparel. It’s suitable for small, detailed prints and can use up to six colors. Pad printing is popular for tagless label printing and is versatile for items that are difficult to decorate or heat-sensitive.
